Our first fishing trip of 2008 is the Baja Extravaganza in Mexico. Alaska Fishing begins with the Spring Float Tubing for Rainbows adventure in May.

VARIOUS DATES
  • Fly Tying and Fly Fishing/Fly Casting Classes -- Women's Flyfishing® will once again offer a number of fly tying classes in the winter and fly fishing classes in April, May, & June 2008. Come and learn to flyfish or to tie our favorite Alaskan patterns. We provide all the equipment. Contact us for registration and information. In 2008, fly fishing classes will also be offered in Soldotna, Juneau, Kodiak and Anchorage and at the John Campbell Folk School in Brasstown, North Carolina in October.

  • Single day drive-to or fly-out float tubing -- We get out on the lakes in our float tubes every chance we get, so join us for a day of relaxing fishing. Either go tubing on the specific dates listed below, or contact us to schedule a custom day just for you or your group.

  • Heli-fishing and Wine-tasting combos are waiting for you in July, August & September this year. Check out the details below

  • Our 12th annual Baja Extravaganza for saltwater fly fishing in Mexico will take place April 8-14, 2008, at Rancho Leonero Resort near East Cape.   • The Great Alaska Sportsmen Show will take place in Anchorage, AK April 3-6, 2008. It’s the social event of the spring season in Anchorage. There’s speakers, new gear, fly ting and much more.     Come along with us in May to see what float tubing the lakes is all about, while we pursue hungry rainbows just out from under the ice. Do just one day or several.   • Fly in & Horseback out Grayling Fishing on the Kenai August 4-7, 2008

    We're headed to Crescent Lake and Crescent Creek on the Kenai for this unique trip. Get a fantastic view of the lakes and mountains from the air on the way to the camp and then experience the trail back down from the saddle on a horse. In between, float-tube the lake and hike the creek to fish for arctic grayling in a very beautiful setting. Trip cost is $1,585 per person.   • Smorgasbord Trip August 23-26, 2008

  • We're bringing back this great trip that combines float tubing, dry fly fishing and casting to pink, chum & silver salmon. We'll start with float tubing a lake north of Wasilla for the rainbows, and then head up to the Denali Hiway for grayling, ending up with salmon fishing at Montana Creek on the way back. It's a way to try it all. Trip cost is $985 including four days of guided fly fishing, instruction, all the gear, equipment and flies, one night cabin, and two nights camping fees.   • Canoe, Float Tube & Creek Fish on the Kenai Peninsula August 29-Sept 2, 2008
    Combine creek fishing, float tubing and canoeing on Kenai Peninsula lakes and streams.
